Design & strategy that shape digital experiences.

I design systems that earn trust over time, through clarity, care, and thoughtful restraint.

I approach design as a form of responsibility—toward the people who rely on what we build, the systems that must sustain it, and the teams who will carry the work forward over time.

I specialize in design transformation.

I measure success less by novelty and more by clarity—whether people understand what’s happening, what’s expected of them, and what will happen next. When systems are clear, trust follows.

As a design leader, I stay close to the work in moments that matter: early framing, key tradeoffs, and points where quality or coherence are at risk. My role is not to control outcomes, but to set a clear bar, make values legible, and create the conditions for teams to make strong decisions independently.

A visual process diagram with four stages: Discover, Define, Design & Test, Build & Maintain, each labeled with a number and description. The Discover stage emphasizes flexible delivery, scalable solutions, continuous integration, and data-driven decision making. The Define stage focuses on research, stakeholder assessment, heuristic review, user stories, and product goals. The Design & Test stage involves feature development, style guides, pattern documentation, user testing, and platform UI. The Build & Maintain stage covers development, load testing, QA, monitoring, maintenance, and support. There are also cyclical arrows indicating iterative steps within the design and test stages, and a list of thoughts on process including flexibility, scalable solutions, continuous integration, and data-driven decisions.

Serving large companies, start-ups & small businesses through every stage of product development with high levels of empathy and craft.

I think of design systems not as libraries or operational models, but as cultural infrastructure. When they’re well considered, they encode values, support judgment, and help organizations move with confidence as surface area and complexity grow.
